Do you need to have Driver's Abstracts completed?
As a business you are required to set up an AMVIR account prior to coming into a registry office. The links provide information on who needs to set up a number, and will take you through the process.

Once an AMVIR number is set up... All required information, each client needs to have two identifying markers, i.e. - Legal name; date of birth; MVID and/or Driver's license number, must be on an attached letter with the company letterhead. Indicate who the information is being released to; state what section of the AMVIR that they are requesting under and state the reason. Also include what type of search is required - 3, 5, or 10 year personal or commercial abstract.
The letter must also include the AMVIR number, be dated and signed by the authorized individual making the request.
